Roxanne R. Mehl, 75, of Topeka, Kansas passed away March 23, 2015. She was born on March 21, 1940 in Cheboygan, MI to Edward and Flordine (Dietz) Clark. She grew up in Michigan and graduated from Cheboygan High School in 1958.
She married Robert Roeser and they had three children. They divorced. Her second marriage was to Harley Surriett who preceded her in death. She married Lyle Mehl who also preceded her in death in 2011.
Roxanne worked as a cook at Wanamaker Elementary and Tecumseh South Elementary. She enjoyed being a homemaker, grandma, riding motorcycles and gambling.
She is survived by her children: Robert Roeser II and his wife Mikki of Virginia Beach, VA, Renee Schmick of Topeka, KS and Rayne Roeser and his wife Michele of Enid, OK; her grandchildren: Josh, Dominique and her husband Raymond, Kyle and his fiancé Ariel, Kellie, Kourtney , Alyson and her husband Blake; and three great-grandchildren: Roman, Raymond and Ryan.
A Celebration of her life will be held Saturday, March 28 at 3:00PM at Abigails Bar & Grill, 3701 SW Plaza Dr.
