Ryan L. Cox, 22, Auburn, passed away, Monday, April 17, 2006 in Auburn. He was born October 19, 1983, in Topeka, to Tim Cox and Sally Wilson.

Ryan graduated from Washburn Rural High School and attended Allen County Community College. Ryan had enlisted in the Army, and was preparing to leave April 26. He loved moto-cross, playing his guitar, but most of all his family, to which he was loved equally.

Survivors include his parents: Tim (Laura) Cox, and Sally (Tom) Wilson, brother, Aaron, fiancé, Brooke Duncan, grandparents: Jon & Rosemary Ware, Warren and Robin Cox, and Claudia Perry. Ryan is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 20 at Auburn Cemetery in Auburn. Ryan will lie in state after 2:00 p.m., Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ryan Cox Memorial Education Fund, in care of Denison State Bank, 3640 SW Fairlawn, Topeka, 66614.
