Sally F. Hipsher, 69, of Topeka, passed away, Thursday, May 15, 2008.
Sally will lie in state after 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel where the family will greet friends from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. that evening. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 36th and Jewell.
