Sandra Kay Rozell

Sandra Kay Rozell, 74, of Easton, Kansas, formerly of Topeka, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020. She was born June 10, 1946 in Joplin, Missouri, the daughter of Paul and Barbara (Horine) Winders.
Sandra graduated from Topeka High School. She was employed by Kentucky Fried Chicken and several retail stores.
Sandra married Samuel Rozell. He survives. Other survivors include children, James Perry, Tim Perry, Michael Perry, Tony Perry and several grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and no memorial services are planned. Private inurnment will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
