Sarah May Mullin, 97, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019 at McCrite Plaza. She was born September 29, 1922 in Ozawkie, Kansas, the daughter of Benjamin F. and Melissa B. (Hittle) Werst.

Sarah attended Lane Tree School in Oskaloosa, Kansas. She had resided in Topeka since 1950 and was a homemaker. She was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.

Sarah married Charles Mullin. He preceded her in death on November 25, 1970. She was also preceded in death by her children, Sandra, Charles and Angela.

Survivors include two children, Mary Mae Biggers, Joseph Mullin, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and two sisters, Nancy Prock and Miriam Frances Barnhart.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
