Sheila Ann Gropp

Sheila Ann Gropp, 68, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025.

She was born April 11, 1956, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of William Charles Freeman and Wilma (Werst) Freeman. She was a graduate of Topeka High School.

Sheila was employed by Westar in Topeka until retiring.

She was a member of various bowling leagues.

Sheila married Jeffrey Paul Gropp. He preceded her in death. Survivors include her son, Christopher W. Gropp of Topeka; her granddaughter, Hailey (Zach) Bynum; and her great-granddaughter, Hazel.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sheila loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter. She enjoyed bowling and traveling.

Cremation is planned. No services are scheduled Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel in Topeka is assisting the family.
