Shirley Ann Funk, 69, Auburn, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Manor Care Nursing Home.
Shirley was born January 13, 1944 in Stockton, MN, the daughter of Adolph and Margaret (Wischow) Wagner.
Shirley worked for USD-437 for several years and then Auburn Grocery Store for several years before becoming disabled.
Shirley married Victor P. Funk on March 21, 1966 in Wabasha, MN. He survives. Other survivors include sons, Victor T. Funk, Kevin D. Funk, both of Topeka; granddaughters, Jessica Funk, Topeka, Shelby Stevenson, Kansas City, KS, Carrie Funk, Topeka; great-grandson, Camden; and sisters, Marion Smith, Altura, MN, Darlene Schultz, Minnieska, MN, Mary Lou Moen, Wabasha, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, David Wagner, Dale Wagner, Donald Wagner; and infant granddaughter, Ashley Funk.
A small private memorial services will be held for family at a later date.
