Shirley Jean Hogan, 84, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at a local care center.
Shirley was born August 22, 1935 in Riley, the daughter of Harry and Hilda (Sylvester) Oberhelman. She graduated from Riley County High School in 1958.
She was previously employed at Stauffer Publications.
Shirley married Orvan Hogan on May 11, 1956 in Topeka. He died January 19, 1994. Survivors include their children, Doug (Jodi) Hogan, Kathy Laible, Karrie Hogan, Diane Hogan, David Hogan; and many grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Steven Hogan
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Mount Hope Cemetery.
Dove Southwest Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
