Steve Moulin

Steve Moulin, 72, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021.

He was born July 5, 1949, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Kenny and Helen Moulin.

He attended Osage City High School and graduated in 1967.

Steve was employed as an International Representative for the IBEW as a Union Organizer from 1982 to 2005. Prior to being an International Representative he was a member of the local Union 304. He was a strong advocate for organized labor.

Steve married Kathy Moulin on December 28, 1985 in Topeka, Kansas.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy of Topeka; his daughters, Kerri (Tony) Moulin-England and Kellie (Dustin) Moulin both of Olathe, KS; his brother, Gary Moulin of Osage City; his sister, Cheryl McEntire of Topeka and a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Honoring Steve's request cremation is planned. A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Dove Cremations and Funerals – Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd., Topeka, KS 66610.

Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, KS 66604-3720.
