Steven R. Fitzpatrick, 54, Topeka, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at a local hospital.
Steve was born November 17, 1961, the son of Roy J. and Gretchen Lee (Koenig) Fitzpatrick. He graduated from Topeka High School and attended Manhattan Vo-Tech School.
He restored old homes and currently was employed by Pizza Hut at the 10th & Topeka location.
He was a member of Topeka First Free Methodist Church.
Survivors include his parents of Topeka; sister, Nancy Espinoza, Merriam, KS; 3 nieces; and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Lee Luthye.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Topeka First Free Methodist Church, 3450 SE Indiana Ave. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road.
