Steven Ray Bledsoe, 65, Topeka, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2011.
Steve was born October 21, 1945 in Topeka, the son of Wallace and Evelyn (Anderson) Bledsoe. He attended Topeka Schools.
He worked for several service stations and most recently was a delivery driver for NAPA Auto Parts.
Survivors include niece, Sheri (James) Griffin, Bossier City, LA; aunt, Maxine Bledsoe, Carbondale; great-nephew, Robert (Cassie)Long; and several cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Mount Hope Cemetery. Steve will lie in state at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road, after 2:00 p.m. on Monday and visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 5375 SW 7th, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
