Steven Dale "Steve" Schindler, 66, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, December 31. 2022. He was born November 7, 1956 in El Paso, Texas, the son of Abe and Shirley (Trible) Schindler.
Steve graduated from Stockton High School in Stockton, Kansas and attended Beloit Business School. He had resided in Topeka since 2007. He was employed by Acosta Sales and Marketing.
Steve married Joyce D. Murphy on March 21, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She survives. Other survivors include one grandson, Tanner Murphy.
Steve was preceded in death by his sister, Delores.
A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held and announced in the spring of this year in Stockton, Kansas. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Midland Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
