Susan I. Davis, 56, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011.
She was born March 22, 1955 in Trenton, NJ, the daughter of Ezra A. and Anita O. (Oliver) Davis. She was a graduate of Burr D. Coe High School and graduated from Vo-Tech in East Brunswick, NJ in 1973.
Survivors include her lifetime partner, Maxine Kaplan, New York; siblings, Kathleen Jurski, Topeka and April Amorine, Lake Ariel, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Mark E. Davis and a nephew, Michael J. Jurski.
Cremation is planned. A memorial ceremony is pending at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Midland Hospice Care of Kansas.
