Sydney Raeanne Clingan was taken into Heaven on Saturday, November 21, 2009. Survivors include her parents, Michael and Robin Clingan, paternal grandparents Steven and DeAnn Clingan, maternal grandparents John and Kathy Reynolds, her paternal great-grandfather, Albert Ketter and her maternal great-grandparents, Clifford and Phyllis Oshel and Iza Reynolds. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel.
