Terri Michelle (Grant) Pyles, 51, of Lawrence, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019.
She was born June 25, 1968, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Michael Dean and Peggy Ann (Jernigan) Moore. She was a graduate of Royal Valley High School.
Terri married Raymond Pyles in Topeka. They later divorced. Survivors include her mother, Peggy Moore, Paxico, Kansas; her father, Michael Grant, Topeka, Kansas; her sister, April (Todd) Biesenthal, Overland Park, Kansas; twin niece and nephew, Aubrey and Hayden and niece, Laila.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Daniel D. Grant and half-brother in in infancy, Russell Wayne Grant.
Terri never met a stranger and was always bubbly. She enjoyed music, singing, playing games with her friends, and loved her birthday and holidays.
Cremation is planned. A celebration of life ceremony will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Old Stone Church near Maple Hill, Kansas.
The family encourages those attending to bring a stuffed animal in remembrance of Terri to be donated to a children's hospital.
Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to April Biesenthal to be designated later.
