Terry L. Baker

Terry Lee Baker, 62, of Topeka, Kansas passed away April 5, 2015. He was born at Kansas City, Missouri to Wylie "Bud" and Grace (Barnett) Baker on May 8, 1952. He grew up and attended workshop schools in Raytown, Missouri.
When his father passed away, Terry and his mother moved to Topeka to be near relatives. Terry lived at Sheltered Living and worked at TARC. Terry loved to tease his friends and family and loved everyone…he never met a stranger.
He is survived by his brother, Frank Cooper (Phyllis), of Topeka; nieces: Jane Cooper and Cindy Martin, both of Topeka; nephew Michael Cooper also of Topeka; and a multitude of cousins, great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Buckner Hill Cemetery, Buckner, Missouri. Memorial donations may be made to Sheltered Living, 2126 SW 36th, Topeka, KS 66611 or TARC, 2701 SW Randolph Ave. Topeka, KS 66611
