Theresa R. Large, 55, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at a Topeka hospital. She was born July 16, 1962 in Topeka, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Degenkolbe) Carlisle.
Theresa graduated from Highland Park High School in 1980.
Theresa married Roy Large on November 8, 1985 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include their daughter, Sammi Jo Large, two grandchildren, Kasen and Dani and her siblings, Judy Jackson and Danny Carlisle.
Theresa was preceded in death by brother, Theodore Carlisle.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
