Theresa Fern Phipps, 85, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Topeka. She was born November 17, 1933 in Ohio.
Survivors include daughter; Barbara Ann (Steve) Pittenger, daughter-in-law; Pam Lowder, grandchildren; Brandon Pittenger, Justin Pittenger, Heather Lowder, Karlee Bocquin, Ashley Lowder, Nate Lowder and many great-grandchildren.
Theresa was preceded in death by her son; Raymond Lowder.
A Celebration of Theresa's Life will be held at a later date.
