Thomas O. Neal

Thomas O. "Tom" Neal, 60, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at a Topeka hospital. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of W. O. and Jean E. (McMahon) Neal.
Tom earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Survivors include his mother, Jean Neal of Topeka and his siblings, Debora (Wally) Jensen of Wichita, Kansas, Don (Jo) Neal of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Kay Scott of Topeka, Randy Neal (Lawrence Sperry) of Overland Park, Kansas, Jane Elder of Austin, Texas, one Aunt, Janice McMahon of Hastings, Nebraska and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Highland Park United Methodist Church where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Inurnment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Highland Park United Methodist Church, 2914 SE Michigan Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66605.
