Tiffany Dawn Smith, 36, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. She was born November 28, 1984 in Butler, Missouri, the daughter of Donald "Don" and Patricia "Pat" (Covey) Smith.
Tiffany graduated from Highland Park High School. She was employed as a CNA at Plaza West and Angel's At Home.
Survivors include children, James Smith, Sadie Hopstetter and Rylan Derr, her father, Donald "Don" (Maria Revilla) Smith of Tulsa, Oklahoma and her mother, Patricia "Pat" Smith of Topeka.
Tiffany will lie in state from 10:00 am - Noon Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. Cremation will follow the in state period and private inurnment will take place at a later date.
