Valton Terry, Jr., 46, of Topeka, passed away, Sunday, November 25, 2007.
He was born February 21, 1961 in Chicago, IL the son of Valton and Allice Terry, Sr. He was the oldest of 6 children.
He attended ProvisoEastHigh School and later became famous for his love of being a mechanic and fishing.
He was married to Rozenna Williams. They later divorced.
Survivors include 1 son, Brandon Galloway; 2 daughters, Shavon and Shantese Terry; special companion, Karen Hidalgo; 4 brothers, Floren, Norrell, Melkey and Sheldon Terry; 1 sister, Diana Williams; one granddaughter, Moriah Morrison, and a host of nephews, nieces, aunties, uncles and friends.
Mr. Terry will lie in state from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Friday at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Funeral services will be held 9:30 a.m., Saturday with visitation one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow at MountHopeCemetery.
