Ms. Rolfe graduated from High School in Cedar, Kansas. She then earned a teaching certificate in Hays, Kansas and taught school in
Hoxie, Kansas.
She had lived in Topeka since 1943 where she worked in the food service for Highland Park Grade School. She attended Clark's
Business School and received her certificate for bookkeeping. She was employed by Ernest/Spencer Engineering Incorporation as a
bookkeeper for more than 30 years and retired in 1975.
Ms. Rolfe was a member of an undenominational Christian church.

He died in October 1980.
