Virginia Sue "Gini" Blazier, of Topeka, passed away August 4, 2014. She was born May 29, 1964 in Topeka to Donald and Margaret (Green) Davidson. Gini graduated from Silver Lake High School and Washburn University with a degree in social work.
Gini and Eric "Rick" Blazier were married on September 20, 1997. She worked as a cosmetologist at Regis and Super Cuts, and as a social worker at Breakthrough House, and Valeo. Gini was a member of Bread of Life Church and Amnesty International.
Gini is survived by her husband, Rick of the home; her two children, Matt Burns of Daytona Beach, FL, and Samantha Burns, of Topeka; her parents Donald Davidson of Leavenworth, KS and Margaret Davidson of Vian, OK; and her sister Deana Harper of Vian,OK. She was preceded in death by her brother Randy Davidson.
A funeral service will be held at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 4:00PM. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Breakthough House, Inc. 535 SW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66603.
