Vivian Isabella Crawford, 84, of Topeka passed away on October 13, 2017 at Midland Hospice Care.
Born March 20, 1933, in Topeka, she was the daughter of Rena and Howard Tillotson.
Vivian married Wayne Daniel Crawford on February 10, 1953. They spent an adventurous 65 years together.
She enjoyed riding her own motorcycle until her fifties. Throughout her life she enjoyed traveling, gardening, and water sports. Upon retirement, Vivian and Wayne moved to Shell Knob, Missouri, to continue their life on the lake. When she wasn't pursuing outdoor activity she was playing scrabble and doing crossword puzzles and watching Nascar racing and Wheel of Fortune.
She is survived by her husband, son, Clayton (Davean) Crawford, daughter, Tana Crawford, five grandchildren; Rebecca E. Crawford-Williams, Jennifer R. Crawford, David W.K. Crawford, Ian C. Elliott, and Kenyon C. (Bryna) Stacey, three great-granddaughters; Elizabeth, Vivien, and Kora, one brother, Grover Tillotson.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00- 7:00pm on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Dove Cremation and Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave. Topeka.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
