Walter Ellsworth, 66, of Topeka, died Friday, July 23, 2004 at a local hospital. Walter was born on June 19, 1938 at Fort Scott, Kansas, the son of Henry and Malinda Wallace Ellsworth. He leaves to mourn him two sisters, Mary Harris of Dalles TX and Dorthella Brown of Topeka, one brother, Ronald Miller of Topeka, four daughters, Janese Littlejohn, Javeral Littlejohn and Javeene Littlejohn of Kansas City, MO and Dena M. Estell of Kansas City, Ks., two sons, Richard Estell and Walter Ellsworth, Jr., of Kansas City, Ks., twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, two brothers, three sisters and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Topeka Cemetery. Mr. Ellsworth will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel.
