Wanda Y. Montgomery, 85, of Topeka, died Friday, June 27, 2014. She was born March 3, 1929, in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Paul and Gertrude (Spangler) Wettel.
Wanda was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
Wanda married Raymond J. Montgomery on April 3, 1951 at Washington, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 16, 1988. She is survived by daughters, Barbara Jean Dragoo and Gloria Bruna; 7 grandkids and 7 great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray and son, Don.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 3rd at West Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1-70 & Auburn Road. A visitation will be held from 1-3 p.m., Wednesday, July 2nd at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave. Topeka, KS 66606.
