Warren Lee Falk, 87, of Harveyville, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2019.
He was born October 17, 1931, in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Wheldon August and Ethel B. (Horne) Falk. He served in the U.S. Army from August 24, 1954 until being honorably discharged on August 10, 1956.
Warren was employed by the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for over 39 years before retiring in 1996.
He was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church and Rubber Workers Union Local #307 in Topeka.
Warren married Shirley on June 1, 1961 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include two children, Pamela (Cliff) Smith, Burlingame and Brian (Mona) Falk, Harveyville, KS; three grandchildren, Brooke, Garrett and Lauren Falk; a sister, Wanda Zeckser, Alma, KS and two brothers, Larry Falk, Alma, KS and Paul (Adeline) Falk, Topeka.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gene Falk; and a sister, Maureen Woellhof.
Warren enjoyed spending time with family, raising Limousin Cattle, collecting antiques and gardening.
Honoring his request, cremation is planned. A memorial ceremony with military honors will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2019 Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road, Topeka. Inurnment will be at Meriden Cemetery at a later date.
