William Howland

William "Butch" Howland, 61, of Topeka, passed away March 4, 2013 at his home. He was born Nov. 27, 1951 at Torence, California to Kenneth O. and Winifred Spicklemeier Helstrom Howland.
He worked for Greyhound as a ticket agent and retired as a maintenance worker for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Survivors include his brothers, Ronnie Howland of Mesa, AZ, Kenneth Howland and David Howland, both of Topeka; sisters, Shirley Howland-Parison of Holton, and Annie Howland-Cain of Topeka ; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Howland and James Howland; sister, Faye Howland; and a niece, Rita Waterman.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service.
