William L. "Bill" Miller, 76, of Tecumseh, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020. He was born December 1, 1944 in Holton, the son of Orville L. and Alice B. (Gitchel) Miller.
Bill graduated from Valley Falls High School. He was Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. Bill was employed by Dupont for over 30 years before retiring in 1997. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 225 in Ozawkie. He was of the Baptist faith.
Bill married Sandra J. Chase on July 30, 1966 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include children, Sherry A. (Ronald) Long of Lecompton, Bill (Mistee) Miller of Topeka, one grandson, Austin, and his two sisters, Nancy and Leanne.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandson, Zach and his brother, Robert.
Cremation has taken place and as per Bill's wishes, no memorial services are planned. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas, 66675-8517.
