William Troy Lisica, 45, of Hoyt, formerly of Killeen, Texas passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016. He was born December 18, 1970, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the son of William and Roberta (Bugher) Lisica.
Troy served his country in the U.S. Army from 1995-2013, serving 3 tours of duty in Iraq. He retired with the rank of Sergeant First Class in June 2013.
Troy married Michelle Morales on March 7, 1996 at Killeen, Texas. She survives of the home. He is also survived by his wife of 20 years, his children, William "TJ" Lisica, Izabella Lisica and Gabriel Lisica; siblings, Michael J. Lisica, Stephanie Lemasters (Gary), Sean A. Supple (Tina); his mother, Roberta Lynn Lisica and step-mother, Diann Lisica. He was preceded in death by his father, William; grandmother, Phyllis Bugher; grandfather, Samuel Lisica and grandmother, Mary Lisica.
Per his wishes, Troy was cremated. No services are planned at this time.
