Wilma Elizabeth Mott

Wilma Elizabeth Mott, 82, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at her home.
Wilma was born March 12, 1930, in Americus, KS, daughter of Daniel and Edna (Hassman) Matile. She graduated from Americus High School.
Wilma moved to Topeka when she was 19 years old. She was united in marriage to Verbal Mott on April 11, 1951. She worked as a secretary at Hogue Construction.
Wilma was a member at Highland Heights Christian Church and Women of the Moose Lodge.
She is survived by her son, Don Mott, Topeka; granddaughter, Marlana Mott, Topeka; grandson, Travis Mott, Colorado Springs, CO; eight great grandchildren, and cousins, Mildred & Gene Daharsh.
Wilma is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, and two granddaughters.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, Topeka. Entombment will follow at Mount Hope Mausoleum, Topeka. Wilma's family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, November 5th, at the funeral home.
