Ronald “Ron” Hays, 87, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023. He was born June 5, 1936 in Missouri, the son of Glen and Iva (Krepps) Hays.

Ron graduated from La Cygne High School. He was an Insurance Adjuster. He was a member of the Quivira Heights Church of Christ.

Ron and Rosie were married for 69 years. She survives. Other survivors include children, Doug (Suzie) Hays, Mike (Debra) Hays, three grandchildren, Jennifer, Heather and Angel, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Ron’s Life is scheduled for Saturday June 24, 2023 at the Quivira Heights Church of Christ to begin at 10:00am. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
