Addie M. McGee, 72, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023. She was born February 27, 1951 in Topeka, the daughter of Garland and Rozena Carrol.

Addie graduated from Topeka High School. She was employed by the Menninger Foundation for over 20 years before retiring. She was a member of the Catholic Faith. She enjoyed gardening.

Addie married Harold McGee. They later divorced.

Survivors include children, Brian Hill of Topeka, Harold McGee of Topeka, one grandson, Kumani Carrol, and her brothers, George of Topeka and Glenn of Washington.

Addie was preceded in death by one son, Cornelius McGee on August 24, 2021.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Mount Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the organization of the donor’s choice.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
