Audra F. Weekes, 97, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. She was born April 18, 1926 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Earl and Edith (Dall) Giesy.

Audra graduated from Burlington High School and then attended Business School. She was employed by Kansas Power & Light Company for over 30 years before retiring. She was a member of the Sunflower Club.

Audra married Harold Mason Weekes on August 30, 1946. He preceded her in death in October 1983. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Everett Giesy and Bob Giesy.

Survivors include children, Cindy (Clay) Selby of Berryton, Carol (Dean) Williams of Whiting, Kansas, Debbie May of Topeka, eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 20, 2023 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Midland Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
