Dennis Anthony Tucker, 71, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2023.

He was born February 19, 1952, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Oliver and Alice (Thomas) Tucker. He graduated from Topeka High School. After graduation, Dennis honorably served in the United States Army as a Quarryman.

Dennis loved his family dearly and thoroughly enjoyed being a grandparent. He enjoyed going to the kid’s grandparent day celebrations at school. He was a gambling man and enjoyed playing a round of dominos. Dennis also loved his animals, even various types of exotic animals. He loved watching live musical performances by various artists.

He leaves behind his children, Mickael Tucker, Anthony "Lee" Tucker, Helen Tucker and Dink Tucker; step children, Olena Dabney, Johnette Alston and Elvin Graves; new grandchild on the way, Psalm D’ Anthony Tucker; siblings, Frances (Pleaza Jr.) Hawkins, Michael Tucker, Charles Tucker, Oliver Tucker, Jhonna Tucker, Layray Tucker, Nichole Tucker, Scott Tucker and Eric Tucker, Grandson, Psalm Tucker; an abundance of nieces and nephews and his significant other, Linda Dabney. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Alice Tucker and Robert Tucker.
