George Reed White, 83, of Topeka, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023.
He was born March 23, 1940, in Topeka, the son of Matthew Torbit and Erma Rhea (Reed) White. He graduated from Topeka High School.
George served as a Presbyterian minister for many years.
George married Sandra Louise Fenske in 1964. She survives in Topeka. Other survivors include his son, David White of England.
He was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law and his son Mark White.
George enjoyed raising service dogs for children with reading disabilities.
Honoring his request, cremation is planned. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
