Glenda Rae Colley, 76, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024.

She was born August 29, 1947, in Emporia, Kansas, the daughter of Kenneth and Claudine (Folsom) Bailey. She graduated from Osage City High School in 1965.

Glenda was employed as a legal secretary for over 30 years, retiring in 2008.

Glenda married Robert Colley on March 4, 1967 in Osage City, Kansas. He survives, along with her daughters Michelle Colley of Topeka, Carmen Hanika of Topeka and Christi Stewart (Kent) of Tecumseh; and grandchildren Grant Lee, Jayden Colley, Miami Hanika and Lakyn Hanika. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother Dennis Bailey.

Glenda enjoyed watching KU football and basketball, Chiefs football and other college and professional football. She loved spending time with her grandkids and her favorite dog Molly Colley.

Glenda was cremated. A private memorial ceremony will be held at a later date. Private interment will be at Rochester Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS 66604-3720.
