Cynthia "Cinny" Ellen Bowen, 64, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Cinny was born April 7, 1959, to parents, Jim and Suzanne Griffith of Topeka, Kansas. She was a graduate of Topeka West High School, class of 1977 and worked for The Topeka Blood Bank and the State of Kansas, from which she retired.

Cinny was married in 1986 and had two children, Callie and Jacob.

Cinny adored her dogs, Gizzy and Charlie and had a passion for being creative. She enjoyed thrifting and was known for her talents in painting, decorating, gardening, and DIY projects.

Survivors include daughter, Callie Cameron (David), son, Jacob Bowen, sister, Stacy Puderbaugh (Curt), a niece and nephew, and parents, Jim and Suzanne Griffith.

Cinny was cremated and a memorial ceremony was held privately by family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Society.
