Kenneth Lee "Wheato" Allen, 53, of Kansas City, passed away on April 23, 2024 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka, Kansas. He was born on March 23, 1971, in Independence, Kansas to Kenneth and Eva (Allen) Dugan.
Kenneth worked as a General Laborer.
Kenneth is survived by his children, Kenneth Dugan, Kevon Shane, Marquez Burnett, Daquarius Burnett, Alana Dice, Ishmael Allen, Prince Allen, Eva Jo Allen; sisters, Shavonne Jones, Michelle Dugan and Amber (Jacob) Fonseca; brothers, David Dugan, Don (Kim) Dugan, Cory Lewis, Mandell Lewis; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his dad, James R. Lewis; his brother, Tyrone Lewis; his sisters, Belinda Lewis and Brenda Holbert.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
