Tina Marie Patterson, 68, of Cassville, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 24, 2024.

She was born November 11, 1955, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Cleo McMahon and Jackie Mary Lou Reece.

Tina was employed as a school bus driver for many years, retiring in 2018.

Ms. Patterson was a member of the Heritage Baptist Church of Topeka.

Tina married Dale Patterson on November 17, 1973 in Meriden, Kansas. He survives, along with her daughter Hazel Castle of Topeka, Anna Kaboyo of Topeka, Dale Patterson Jr, Kenneth Simpkins (Jessica) of Topeka, Pam Curtis of Topeka, Floyd Gillenger (Tammy) of Topeka, Richard Simpkins of Topeka, and other children she raised; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings Tim McMahon (Diane), Tamatha Woodman and Deborah Cherry; her dog Angel Marie Patterson; and many other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; her aunts and uncles; and her brother Ricky McMahon.

Tina enjoyed crafts and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She loved baking and cooking for the holidays.

A funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4th at the Dove Cremations and Funerals Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Avenue in Topeka. Interment will follow at Emmanuel Cemetery in Berryton. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 3rd from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Dove Southeast. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
